Cheryl Williams is the founder of 86 & Norman and started her business as Double Clutched in 2015 after getting a sewing machine from her DIY savvy mom and step-dad for Christmas. She branded to 86 & Norman in February 2019 which aims to make women feel bold, confident, and beautiful. Each product is named after a African-American woman or character to pay homage to those that have paved the way before us.
