Vendor Responsibilities

  • The vendor is responsible for bringing their own table and equally furnishing your table with a black tablecloth/ table linen that drapes the floor. No exceptions. Please see examples below.

  • All vendors are responsible for having a card reader available and cash.

  • Your booth must be open during the entire market. You cannot vacate early unless given permission.

  • Check-in time will be provided in an email to all vendors.

  • Booths must be set up and ready one hour before the event.

  • 4:15- 4:45 is designated for each of you to shop from each other.

  • Any late arrivals will be subjected to a $55 late fee.

  • If you arrive after 4:00- you will not be allowed to pay your late fee or participate. You will not be refunded for your vendor fee.

  • Your booth must be neat, attractive and well-maintained.

  • Remember to create an experience- this is your personal village- 80 villages within one big village 🙂 Welcome the community to your village.
  • You must have professional signs and displays.
  • Please staff your booth with fun-loving, professional, smiling folks! You cannot exceed more than 3 people at your booth station- unless you have spoken and gotten approved by the VM TEAM.

  • You will be provided one voucher for your assistant at your booth- all others must pay. Your one vouchered guest must check in with you. If you bring more than your vouchered guest at load in, they will be required to pay before they enter the building to assist you. It does not matter if they are not coming to the market later.

  • You are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing your own booth, your merchandise, and your trash.

  • Please have a hotspot available. With the number of people, we cannot rely on the venues WIFI

  • All villagers are required to advertise the event. Remember, the success of the event takes everyone inviting your individual village to the big village.

Shared Booth Requirements

  • All vendors must be approved by TVMATL team.

  • If you are sharing your vendor table with an additional vendor, the vendor fee is $550 (must notify us) (10 x10)

  • Both companies must be documented on the application

  • If 2 separate companies are selling items at the same station and it has not been paid for or approved, both vendors will be removed immediately. No exceptions.

OUR COMMITMENT

We are dedicated to ensuring stellar marketing for this event. All vendors will be provided a professional, unique, and worthwhile experience that will help promote, grow and sustain your business. With the payment of your vendor fee, you will be invited to participate in a free empowerment workshop and networking event to expand your business and community. The workshops are only open to our vendors. Our topics range from social media marketing, acquiring capital, branding and small business best practices. We advertise each vendor. We will announce the date and location within an e-mail.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT:
    • We are committed to minimizing the impact of the market on the environment. We encourage you to do your part and help us maintain our reputation as a “green” market. As such, we require the use of biodegradable utensils and accessories (plates, cups, food containers, etc).

    • We will provide compost bins for biodegradable products and food in the vendor area. We will also provide recycling bins for glass, aluminum, approved plastics and cardboard in the vendor area.

    • Vendors found not following these rules will be removed from the market.

    • This is an indoor event.

OUR STANDARD:
      • We offer the highest quality of customer services and professionalism throughout the event.

      • Please make sure to have read and understood the requirements of the participants before remitting payment.

      • Set up time will be emailed 1 week before the event.

      • The hours of the event may change but all attendees will be notified in a timely manner.

      • The week of, please download your ticket. When you arrive, you will be greeted, scanned in and escorted by your team lead. You will receive an e-mail.

      • We strive to promote each business, however, if a High-Resolution photo is not provided, we will not promote your business on our platforms

      • Yes, we are anal but excellence requires it! ?


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD/BEVERAGE BOOTHS:
    • Food/Beverage booths must comply with local food handling regulations.

    • The market will not provide refrigeration.

    • The market will not offer a warming station or access
      to a kitchen.

    • Please bring at least a 100-inch extension cord

    • Please have hand sanitizer available

    • Please keep your booth clean and orderly

    • If you require stronger voltage- that needs to be
      communicated ASAP. If it is more than we approve, you will be required to pay for additional voltage.

Table space is limited to a single 6 x 4 table and 1 stand up banner- for food an additional small table is welcomed behind the large table. You are allowed to be as a creative as you'd like with your space. You must stay within the perimeters.
